As we walked into the iconic midtown toy store, my son turned to me with an expression of awe, wonder and the purest joy. It started as suppressed smile begging to be released. As we ascended the winding staircase, and ventured deeper into the store it was released into the most beautiful expression I have ever seen. It was at that moment that I realized that what started as a way to get out of the house on a cold afternoon, was about to become an actual shopping trip. The only question was how much it would cost.
