Among many things, New York is famous for its line ups. Being off of social media, I usually have no idea what the trendy viral foods are in the city. While I don’t get the algorithmic benefits of food recommendations every now and then you find an opportunity to give these foods a try without the mandatory queue.

One such opportunity presented itself today. As the snow started to all over the city, there were a few hours where you could walk right into a place like Sunday Morning, have your choice of the freshly made cinnamon roles. This is what Carpe Diem means in New York City.
